Delivery & Returns


  • We will always try to fulfill our two to three working days premium delivery but NOVELTEA is not liable responsible for any delay caused by the fulfillment provider.
  • NOVELTEA does not guarantee weekend delivery as it's dependent on the fulfilment provider.
  • Deliveries must be signed by a person of drinking age.
  • Customers must report any goods damaged during transit at [email protected].
  • NOVELTEA is not responsible for any damage suffered subsequent to the delivery.
    Customers must provide the correct delivery address, NOVELTEA is not liable for any packages lost due to an incorrect address added by the buyer in the checkout process.
  • If your order didn’t arrive in five business days, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will look into it as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

  • NOVELTEA accepts and encourages the return of faulty products or products damaged during delivery.
  • In any such circumstances, please email us at [email protected] and your case will be solved within 2 business days.
  • Upon request, another identical item will be sent in exchange with a delivery time of 1-2 business days, all costs being supported by NOVELTEA.
  • Returns and Refunds for items that have arrived in good condition shall be taken into consideration if the client opens up a case by sending an email at [email protected] where further information will be provided.
  • In this case, the product/s must be returned in their original packaging, unopened.
  • The customer shall pay the delivery costs, as well as any other costs associated with the delivery of the product.
  • The refund will be initiated when the product reaches our warehouse and the client will be notified through e-mail once the refund process is finished.
