- We will always try to fulfil our two to three working days premium delivery but NOVELTEA is not liable responsible for any delay caused by the fulfilment provider.
- Deliveries must be signed by a person of drinking age.

- NOVELTEA is not responsible for any damage suffered subsequent to the delivery.
- Customers must provide the correct delivery address, NOVELTEA is not liable for any packages lost due to an incorrect address added by the buyer in the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds
- NOVELTEA accepts and encourages the return of faulty products or products damaged during delivery.
- In any such circumstances, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 0748 651 3520 and your case will be solved within 2 business days.
- Upon request, another identical item will be sent in exchange with a delivery time of 1-2 business days, all costs being supported by NOVELTEA.
- Returns and Refunds for items that have arrived in good condition shall be taken into consideration if the client opens up a case by sending an email at [email protected] where further information will be provided.
- In this case, the product/s must be returned in their original packaging, unopened.
- The customer shall pay the delivery costs, as well as any other costs associated with the delivery of the product.
- The refund will be initiated when the product reaches our warehouse and the client will be notified through e-mail once the refund process is finished.
